• Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

3. Return Process

• Upon approval, you will be instructed on how and where to send the product.

• The customer is responsible for returning the product in proper packaging.

• We recommend keeping proof of shipment.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for returns or refunds.
